Afternoon Bakery Stop

We like to sample the local pastry treats.  After our tour of the market and the surrounding area, we circled back to try the local favorite baked good,  Coca de Llardons.....
We circled the blocks looking for this place.  Our tour guide, Oliver, had pointed it out to us as a place that made really wonderful Coca de Llardons.
They're made with pork lard and then sprinkled with pine nuts.  Not as bad as it sounds, but not as good as it looks.
Michael and I went back in to the shop (because we take all the blame for sweets, even though EVERYONE is joining in) and purchased a sandwich, and asked to have it cut in four, like they did for the pastry...they thought we were crazy.  We were still hungry and went back in for a second sandwich...cut in four..again...and then the ladies behind the counter laughed out loud.  Then I had the gang strike a pose...they mocked me.
