One thing we noticed...well, we really couldn't help but notice....the Spaniards are VERY and I do mean VERY serious about ham. They even have museums about Ham. We didn't visit the museums. I mean really, spend money and time on a vacation visiting a museum about ham? We're not that silly!
My personal favorite is Iberian ham...thinly sliced......this isn't the Iberian, but yet another style....
This isn't the best example of it....I just have the photo and thought I'd use it......
